Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All prints are made to order and produced by my professional lab partner in Germany.

  • Production time
    Your print is only produced after you place your order. Production usually takes a few business days, depending on the selected size and material.

  • Shipping carriers
    Orders are shipped with established parcel services such as DHL, DPD, UPS or FedEx, depending on destination and format.

  • Estimated delivery times

    • Within the EU: usually around 5–10 business days after payment (production + shipping).

    • Outside the EU: delivery times may be longer due to customs and local handling. Any customs duties, import VAT or additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Neutral packaging
    Orders are shipped in neutral packaging without visible lab branding. Invoices with prices are usually provided digitally and are not included in the parcel (especially for EU deliveries).

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your parcel on its way to you.


Returns & Complaints

Each print is produced individually according to your order. These are custom‑made products, created especially for you.

For this reason, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind (no returns for “change of mind” on custom prints).

However, your satisfaction is very important to me:

Damaged or faulty orders

If your print arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Please send me:

  • your order number

  • a short description of the issue

  • clear photos of the damage (product + packaging, in good light)

Together with the lab, I will make sure we find a solution – usually a replacement print or another fair arrangement.

Order changes or cancellations

Because production often starts shortly after you place your order, changes or cancellations are only possible within a very short time window.

If you need to change something, please contact me immediately after placing your order and include your order number: misch.prints@gmail.com

Once your order has entered production, it usually cannot be cancelled or modified.
