Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All prints are made to order and produced by my professional lab partner in Germany.

Production time
Your print is only produced after you place your order. Production usually takes a few business days, depending on the selected size and material.

Shipping carriers
Orders are shipped with established parcel services such as DHL, DPD, UPS or FedEx, depending on destination and format.

Estimated delivery times
Within the EU: usually around 5–10 business days after payment (production + shipping).
Outside the EU: delivery times may be longer due to customs and local handling. Any customs duties, import VAT or additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Neutral packaging
Orders are shipped in neutral packaging without visible lab branding. Invoices with prices are usually provided digitally and are not included in the parcel (especially for EU deliveries).

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your parcel on its way to you.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, simply contact me at hello@mischart.store within 14 days of receipt, stating your order number. You don't need a specific form – a clear email is enough.

If you withdraw from the contract, you'll need to return the print in its original condition. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Once I receive the returned item, I'll refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) within 14 days.

Warranty (Gewährleistung)

Independent of the right of withdrawal, statutory warranty rights apply for 2 years from delivery in case of defects.

Damaged or Faulty Orders

If your print arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact me as soon as possible after delivery (ideally within 7 days) so we can find a quick solution. This is a courtesy timeframe to help speed things up – it doesn't limit
