- Prices All prices are final prices. As a small business under § 6 Abs 1 Z 27 of the Austrian VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged or shown.
- Payment Full payment before production.
- Ownership & Copyright Ownership of the physical print transfers to you upon delivery and full payment. All copyright and usage rights to the photographic image remain with the artist. Reproduction, scanning, or commercial use of the image without prior written consent is not permitted.
- Right of Withdrawal As a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal as described in our Shipping & Returns policy.
- Shipping As stated in Shipping & Returns; risk passes upon handover to the carrier.
- Liability Liability is limited to the value of the product, except in cases of intent, gross negligence, or personal injury, where statutory liability applies without limitation.
- Governing Law Austrian law applies, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer's country of residence.
- Online Dispute Resolution The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), accessible at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
