1. Prices: All prices include 20% Austrian VAT.
2. Payment: Full payment before production.
3. Ownership: Transfers after delivery & payment.
4. Custom Products: Prints are print-on-demand (personalized) – no returns except defects (see Shipping & Returns).
5. Shipping: As stated, risk passes on handover.
6. Liability: Limited to product value. No consequential damages.
7. Governing Law* Austrian law, Vienna courts.
